How do I book an event?

Fill out our booking request form on the Book page. We'll follow up within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and finalize your event details. Your date is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For larger events or holiday weekends, 4–6 weeks is ideal. Last-minute requests are welcome — just reach out and we'll do our best!

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Houston, TX and serve Houston and surrounding areas including Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, The Woodlands, Cypress, and more. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask!

Can I book for a weekday event?

Absolutely! We offer events 7 days a week, including weekdays. Weekday availability is often more flexible, so don't hesitate to request your preferred date.

How much does a Color Me LIVE event cost?

Pricing varies by package. Color Me LIVE starts at $45/person (8 guest minimum), After Dark starts at $75/person (6 guest minimum), Couples Night is $120/couple, and Corporate events start at $600. Visit our Packages page for full details.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. Deposit details will be provided when we confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand life happens! Cancellations made 7+ days before your event are eligible for a full deposit refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. Reach out as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Do you offer group discounts?

For larger groups (20+ guests) or repeat bookings, we may be able to offer special pricing. Contact us directly to discuss your event and we'll work with you.

What do you bring to the event?

We bring everything needed for your painting experience: canvases, easels, paint, brushes, palettes, aprons, and step-by-step guided instruction. You just provide the space and the people!

Do guests need any painting experience?

Not at all! Our events are designed for all skill levels, including complete beginners. Our instructor guides everyone through the painting step by step. The goal is fun, not perfection.

Can we choose our own painting?

Yes! We have a selection of premade painting themes to choose from. You can also request a custom painting design for your event — just let us know in your booking request.

How long does a typical event last?

Most events run 2–2.5 hours, including setup and cleanup. We handle all the setup before guests arrive and clean up after the event so you can focus on having fun.

Where can the event be held?

We come to you! Events can be held at your home, backyard, Airbnb, venue, office, restaurant private room, or any space with enough room for your group. We'll let you know the space requirements when confirming your booking.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes — our events are BYOB friendly! You're welcome to bring wine, cocktails, or whatever you enjoy. We just ask that you drink responsibly and ensure all guests are of legal drinking age for any alcohol present.

What if it rains or we need to reschedule?

For outdoor events, we'll work with you to reschedule if weather becomes an issue. Just reach out as soon as possible and we'll find a new date that works.

How much space is needed?

Each guest needs roughly 3–4 feet of table space for their easel and supplies. We'll confirm space requirements based on your guest count when booking.
